Privacy policy

Rachii Conic is an offline learning app. It does not require an account. The app does not collect or transmit your notebooks, handwriting, graph coordinates, answers or learning progress to the developer. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

Information on your device

Notebooks, ink, settings and progress are stored locally on your device. Device backups provided by Apple may include this data according to your system settings. Rachii Conic does not operate a cloud account or its own synchronization service.

Sharing and external displays

Exports are shared only when you choose a destination using the system share sheet. The receiving app or person then handles that copy. AirPlay and external display presentation show the selected workspace on the display you connect; consider who can see it. The developer does not receive exported or presented content.

Support, purchases and website visits

If you email support, the developer receives your email address and the information you choose to include, and uses it to respond and resolve the issue. Do not include sensitive student information. App Store purchases, refunds and optional system diagnostics are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies; the app does not receive your payment card details. Opening this website or other links uses your browser and network. The web hosting provider may process ordinary access logs, including IP address, time and requested URL, for website delivery and security. These pages have no analytics scripts or advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your own notebooks and empty Trash in the app. Exported copies and system backups must be managed in their respective destinations. Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to Apple’s backup and offloading settings. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations; contact us to request deletion.

Students and children

The app supports learning without creating an account or submitting personal information. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. A parent, guardian or teacher can contact support about a privacy concern.
