Support and help

About this policy

Rachii Geometry is a geometric construction app for iPhone and iPad by Noppon Sukpirom. This policy covers the app and support enquiries. Updated 12 October 2026.

Data in the app

No account is required. Worksheets, point names, lines, figures, handwriting, modification dates and your language preference stay in the app's storage on your device. The developer has no server receiving worksheets. The app has no ads, trackers or behavioural analytics SDKs and does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts or location.

Importing and sharing

The app reads backup files you choose using the system file picker. PDF, PNG or .rachiigeo files are sent to other apps or services only when you choose to share them. Recipients and selected cloud services process files under their own policies.

Backups

The app does not automatically sync worksheets across devices. iOS, iPadOS or iCloud backups may include app data according to your device settings and Apple's terms.

Retention and deletion

Worksheets are stored on your device. Moving a worksheet to Trash keeps a recoverable copy. This version has no in-app permanent-delete button. Deleting the app through the system removes its local data but not exported files or external backups. Manage those copies at their destination. Back up your work before deleting the app or changing devices. The developer has no worksheet copies to restore for you.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple handles App Store purchases. The developer does not receive payment card numbers through the app. Apple may process purchase, installation and diagnostic data according to your settings and Apple's policies.

Support enquiries

If you email the developer, they receive your email address, message and any files you choose to send to help resolve the issue. This information is retained only as needed for support and legal obligations. You may request deletion of unnecessary correspondence at nopponidc@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary personal or student information.

Policy changes

If data handling changes, the developer will update this policy and its revision date. For privacy enquiries, contact nopponidc@gmail.com.
